Annette loved animals. She loved them so much that she made them her life’s work by becoming a veterinary technician. Annette also adored her three cats, Pandora, Daisy and Gillian, and she viewed them as family.
Her mother, Dietra, tells of Annette’s other passions: football, hockey, walking, and traveling. “She also liked shopping and bargains,” says Dietra. “She loved life!”
Annette’s father is a member of Lions Clubs International, a service organization that works to better communities, as well as to aid the blind and deaf. Annette marked “donor” on her license, and, when she passed away from cancer, her eyes were given to research at the University of Minnesota.
